ROBERT JAMIESON - PANAMA

Robert Jameison is an 81 year old coffee producer from Chiriquí, in the Boquete region of Panama. After retiring a little over 10 years ago, Robert found coffee production as a way to not only enjoy a passion project that he could pour his whole life into, but he also understood the need for supplemental income. He has been extremely focused on growing high quality coffee, using the most modern and rigorous scientific control of soil analysis and quality control. He currently has his small farm planted with 90% Catuai and 10% Pacamara coffee varieties which are spread out across 3.5 hectares (about 8.5 acres) with an elevation of 1500 masl (about 4900 feet).
